Peer to Peer Support for Fire, Police, EMS, Dispatchers
Helping first responders find peace after traumatic calls. Because healing starts with someone who understands.
“We do a job that only a few can. We see and do things that most people will never understand. If your heart is full, it’s the love of helping people, if it hurts it’s because we can’t help everyone. Don’t give up, stay strong, you won’t fight this alone. Remember…Every day the sun comes up and at the end of the day, there is always something to be thankful for.”
– B. Knapp
As first responders, we tend to help almost everyone, but we don’t help ourselves. The trauma that builds within us, starts holding us back from being who we set out to be. Perfectly Broken was created through first hand experiences by first responders. We are another tool for you to have when you are struggling, you don’t have to fight this alone.
Inspired by the conversations that happen after calls, over coffee, at the station, or on the drive home, this is a space for real talk, practical tools, and emotional care.
If you’d like to talk, either in a group or one-on-one, we’re here for you.
